Residency Yoga Teacher Training at The Yoga Shack

We are now offering you the opportunity to stay onsite during your 200 hr. yoga teacher training.  Immerse yourself in all aspects of our teacher training for 14 to 16 days. During your stay you are welcome and encouraged to enjoy the grounds and infrared saunas and visit the miles of beautiful coastline along the central coast. Meals are provided including a light breakfast, lunch and dinner.
