In the 300 hour training we take a deeper look in to the study of:

Anatomy -including a deep dive in to the myofascial system.

Sequencing - we teach a method of sequencing you can apply to many different types of yoga classes from a hot, sweaty practice to beginning and restorative classes.

Advanced Asanas - the do’s and dont’s of advanced asana.

*We also work with our students to design and promote a workshop so they have something to launch immediately after the training that is uniquely their own.
